I would budget for Go cabs (like Uber but better). Amazing subways but they're a bit of a walk. And bring some seating that you can carry around (just not a whole lot of places to sit). I saw a guy in China with one of these on the subway Amazon link and I was jealous I love the Ikebukuro park, we happened to be there during a cosplay meet and it was surreal to see. I'm not sure that I would stay in Akihabara unless you're good with crowds. I loved Ginza. Safe travels!
