Okay this is a PATA data connector and a Molex power connector. You will need either a desktop to plug these into or an external hard drive mount that can take these connectors. These are both obsolete cable types so you will most likely need adapters if you want to plug it into anything modern. Hard Drives power/data is now standardized into what's called SATA. You should be able to get a Molex/SATA and PATA/SATA adapters that can plug into anything modern.
