I have this issue too, in both hands. Firstly THIS SUCKS AND I GET IT :( Secondly, I also have the push up bar that others have posted already, and some gently slanted cork props. Link: https://a.co/d/03z98zGq ^ these are the fancy "name brand" type, $40 for 2 pieces of cork is absolutely insane, but a family member gifted them to me for my birthday recently. Any slanted cork will work. Best of luck in developing an accessible yoga practice. I often slip into anger about it and get frustrated that I can't do the poses "right"; but it's more important to remember that yoga looks different for everyone. The only true restriction is to not over-extend or hurt anything! My back and overall body always feels better after I'm gentle and patient with myself in a yoga session, so I think it's worth it to continue pursuing this!
