Here's the rivet tool. It's pretty easy to use and I used it to also mount a plastic, weatherproof electrical box on the upper part of one of the legs. What I did was reverse it so it swings outward towards the permitter rather than inwards. This allows you to mount it as close to the roof line/wall as possible. You just have to rotate the TV around when you sing it down so that it's facing inwards. This worked great. I wish the mount was a little more "meaty", because it's pretty lightweight and if the wind blows, it can move the TV a bit.
