Fiio/Snowsky Tiny (one of the most compact audio DAC/amps against the USB-C port without any extra dongle-dangle and doesn't overheat like many USB-C adapters do). I use various IEMs with it, but my Supermix 4s when I want to use as a portable cinema. I have a custom, short, 6" IEM cable so I don't have a bunch of audio cable looping around the headset. Another OEM battery that I swap between or I daisy chain an INIU 10,000mAh 45W power bank (newer model is a fraction of the size of equivalent power from other makers)I carry one of these 65W flat GaN chargers in my bag for charging on the go (most compact carry I could find). USB-C magnetic power tips I put these on ALL my devices for charging - better and faster than magsafe or other wireless charging Self-adhesive camera wrap (used these to pack my gear in my bag, but this provides soft shielding when I pack the headset to go).
