I have the Eisenlink and I really like them. I bought some hooks on Amazon that have a screw that fits my power rack to hold the plates. I just hook them on those. For changes, they're a little longer than just a click. Typically, I lay out what plates I'm going to use for an exercise that way it's simply back the screw out and slap them on.
