Yeah, it's normal. That's what these smart chargers do now. Figure out the power equation stuff. I have 4 different Smart Chargers, Anker, Iniu, Monster, Topadre and they all do that. The high / er powered USB cables have the E-Marker Chip that talks to and communicates ( i.e. Handshake 🤝 ) with the charger and it takes a few moments for the charger power control / delivery components and software to figure it all out and come up with and deliver a solution ( the charging of the device ). 🤣🤣🤣 If the handshake 🤝 fails or the chips disagree, the devices usually fall back to standard USB BC 1.2 (Basic Charging) to maintain safety, which is why your device might sometimes show "Slow Charging" if the E-Marker is faulty, incompatible, or the cable is of poor quality. So, if you get a slow charge warning on your device, make sure you have quality cables and that they have that E-Marker chip in them. Or check with a known "Good" cable or cable testing device. https://a.co/d/0i4dbEOE https://a.co/d/07xM8kJk ✌🏽✌🏽✌🏽
