NQA Based on what I'm seeing, it looks like you left the tube she was shipped inside in the enclosure, so this must be a really recent acquisition. Shipping can be stressful and I'm not sure if you gave her any water after putting her in there. If she webbed up and molted shortly after, then she probably could be very dehydrated. You can try lightly misting her web (I do a fine mist from 2-3ft away and let the mist fall into the webbing). Some people like to do water droplets from a pipet. As I've mentioned in another comment, your enclosure can be a bit taller, the ventilation seems fine as long as you don't keep it too humid, which it doesn't look that way based on how your substrate looks. I had a 3x3x6" enclosures with only top lid holes and top row holes for my arboreals and they do just fine, I just open up the front and mist daily, they don't need ventilation on the entire wall (I have this exact one https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DPGZV2DV?th=1 and housed 4 different arboreals in here). Knowing what I know now, I'd pick a bigger enclosure for a starting one and decorate it better. From what it looks like, your T is most likely very dehydrated. I had a sling come to me in a very bad state, curled up and barely moving, looked like she was gone. I put her in the enclosure, misted the wall and near her, she drank, and within a few hours, she got well enough to take food. She's on her second molt now. Good luck with your baby.
