It's going to sound a lot more like the other ones with the G cushions. Pads on Grados make a huge difference. If you like the B pad but want a little more distance to the driver, check out these aftermarket pads by NC on Amazon. I've been super impressed with them, much moreso than any other aftermarket Grado fitting pad I've tried. I have authentic G, authentic B, authentic L and F pads too. These do not sound like any of those, but they're closest to sounding like the B pad that you have on now. But, with more distance to the driver, a bit more soundstage, and a different specific low frequency reinforcement but both of them help add some bass & midbass. Other than those, Grado F pads might also be worth checking out but they are going to be even more "supra-aural" so comfort may be worse.
