My former gyn said evening primrose oil and black cohosh. (I switched because my pcp suggested someone who really helped his wife with menopause. He also told me to be sure and schedule with the actual doctor for the first appointment.). I don’t know how much they helped, but if you’re suffering, it won’t hurt. This supplement is what I used. Fortunately, I’m able to do estrogen patches. If I couldn’t, I would probably move into a convenience store with a beer cave (or turn my bedroom into one). I did not realize how early I started perimenopause until I actually felt cold again. I had not felt cold since I was like 35. If it was cold outside in the winter, I just added a second hoodie and some gloves. The NP I visit for maintenance has also suggested iron, vitamin C, K2 + D3, b-complex, and SlowMg (magnesium and calcium). She also said fish oil, but those don’t fit in my pill holder so I don’t take them. (I am not buying a bigger pill holder. It didn’t seem to do enough to resort to that.) If you’re hot flashing, an ice pack on your neck helps, as does a portable fan. If you just want to hit people, boxing conditioning is very therapeutic. Even just a gym with a punching bag will do. I hope you can get some relief before your feelings lead to felonies. This shit sucks.
