I've had a 1Zpresso J for 5 years, great hand grinder. But tomorrow my Femobook A2 arrives, you might want to check it out. I got it cause it's cool and uses 1Zpresso burrs. I keep my beans in the freezer with potato chip bag clips, or if the bag should tear I use a Ziplock freezer bag. You bet. Yep, consistent and steady water temp is important. They emphasize the flow as well, not like a spitting, pulsing Moccamaster (I have one), but a steady stream, like the pour from a gooseneck kettle (which they sell tens of thousands of themselves-How's that for confidence?). I can't wait. I'm acting like an empty nest parent when a child is coming home for a visit. I'm making their bed and preparing their room months ahead of their arrival. I ordered a battery powered (user replaceable) Femobook A2 filter grinder last night, because I have no counter space left, and like the design. I have a great manual 1Zpresso J, but went for this when I learned Femobook uses 1Zpresso burrs, and is "practically related" as a company.
