I have been using these https://a.co/d/0318Qt6w since Christmas and they're my favorite ever, everything sounds so crisp and just you can hear the quietest of sounds. Also if you need smaller ear tips they do accommodate for smaller ear canals. (I also dislike big ole headsets, they're too cumbersome and heavy for me.) These are wired IEMs, not wireless btw. Previously however, I was using my galaxy buds pro 2's and they worked just fine.
