I got these - https://a.co/d/09Q4D0Fh they're pretty thin (probably won't last as long, but eh) and it works. I just saw that same brand has a 90 degree version which would work even better. Yeah I use mine with a MIDI keyboard so the cables being slightly in the way of the built in keyboard isn't a huge deal.
