The simplest, and to me the best aside from espresso (difficult to learn well, it can get VERY expensive) is like a pourover and called immersion. Like a French Press and So India style the coffee steeps in hot water for 3 minutes, open the valve in the bottom, flows into the cup. Pourover takes a slow, steady pour for the same time. Cleanup is throw away the paper filter. French Press and So India is more work. This is a great way to start. If you do, order more filters from Hario as you will use one each time. https://www.amazon.com/BeeCa-One-Touch-Borosilicate-BPA-Free-Beginners/dp/B0FG812H28 I see good reviews on this grinder, half the price of a Timemore C3S https://amzn.in/d/0gKgqCK2 Other methods such as Moka Pot and Aeropress also. Grinder is the most important, about 3200. In total you will brew for about 2000 to 6000r

An immersion brewer to me is much simpler than pourover, French press or South Indian filter. Close switch in the base, paper filter, coffee, hot water, wait 3-4 minutes, release into cup. Paper filter in trash. If I'm not making espresso, I use this. https://www.amazon.com/BeeCa-One-Touch-Borosilicate-BPA-Free-Beginners/dp/B0FG812H28
