Not the biggest fan of off body carry but it's convenient to have for some occasions. I wear the bag normally with my other EDC items when I carry ITWB, had 1 person in the past year ask if I had a gun in my bag. It was not a good feeling. I can only imagine if you have a bag that is more "tactical", you're going to get more attention and eyes on it. Just something to consider when choosing a bag.
Most or many tourists wear sling bags. But it’s not going to make you “stand out” as you probably have a myriad of other things that make you look like a tourist.
