RAPOBRIX Coax to HDMI Adapter - BNC Converter 1080P/720P for TV Antenna/Monitor

I'm not too researched on the best way to get the best picture possible. But a quick and dirty google search later and I've found a Coax to HDMI converter for about 20 USD. It connects to the metal bit sticking out from the bottom left of the back of the TV. ETA: Failing that you can get a VCR and feed the HDMI signal through an HDMI to AV converter.
