Can you close the gap between the concrete wall and carport overhead? An example would be a film. Also, what is on the side opposite the wall? Another car in a parking spot? Asking because if the space is as tight at it sounds and assuming you don’t have a water sound near by this is tough. I would find a local bay wash station and use a rinseless method. Use bay pressure washer to knock off initial debris. Ideally they have a spot free rinse setting that is deionized water. OP think of this as water devoid of minerals so no water spots as it dries. This will be helpful to your next step. It’s ok that the pressure is lower when using the spot free setting. Bucket of rinseless and a bunch of microfiber towels. Basically the Garry Dean method (you can find plenty of vids on this). The idea is you soak a handful of towels in your rinseless bucket. Use one side of the towel per panel/area of your car. You get 8 swipes per towel so 3 or 4 towels is plenty for your vehicle. Note that once you use all 8 sides, the towel is set aside. You never reintroduce the dirty towel into your clean solution. Dump bucket and take home used towels for laundry. This may sound excessive but it really isn’t. You can buy 2 packs of Grants microfiber towels (24 total) for $12. Invest in a good drying towel. 1200 GSM twisted loop weave. Here’s a cheap example on Amazon. Or get this one from McKillans which I love. Use a drying aid when you glide your new amazing drying towel across your clean vehicle. Remember the drying aid is lubrication first and foremost. Many come with some ceramic additives or even just wax.
