Howdy, the unit came with a 5V 3A Triad PSU, but the 15 year old one was on the fritz. Without load it was delivering 5.1V and under load it only provided 4.8V. I replaced it with a Meanwell and the console is performing much better now: https://a.co/d/0hgnFz45

This is the 5V4A PSU I've been using with my MiSTer for years. It's very good quality and less than $13 USD. Personally I'd just buy that rather than mess around with barrel jack adapters.
