I've tried a lot of things for my small space. Adjustable dumbbells and folding bench were heavy and cumbersome to store and bring out to use, doorway pull up bars don't work on my door frames because they're basically hollow, kettlebells are pretty limited in terms of resistance, but I got a bullbar and it's (almost) perfect. If you can afford it and it can fit somewhere it's the perfect solution for small spaces since you can put it away and it's not too heavy (less than 50lbs). I have a small patio that I usually set it up on, but if it's raining I will tip up my couch onto it's back to make space for it in my living room. This plus single leg squats and sliders for hamstring curls covers almost everything. I'm still looking for a good solution for lower back. I might get one of those folding back extension stations that can also be put away, and then I'll be set. https://bullbarfit.com/products/bullbar-2-0-portable-pull-up-bar?tw_source=google&tw_adid=&tw_campaign=21829366797&tw_kwdid=&gad_source=1&gad_campaignid=21839800243&gbraid=0AAAAAo-s6qtJNgUcHdQ4Cmr88CziQFI56&gclid=Cj0KCQjw_vnQBhCxARIsADcZyxJEHlGmJflQ6sKxeelsL3xZs1iwHt21Z5mAeJJf-YfUvKLJdLgQ4ZMaAsOfEALw_wcB If you need the absolutely smallest thing resistance bands can't be beat. Are they "optimal?" Not at all. Can you train every muscle in your body with them good enough? Absolutely. I had a lot of success with them as well, but I still use the bull bar more. I like this kit because it doesn't make my clothes smell bad, i comes with a door hook, and it goes heavy enough, especially if you stack the bands, and/or buy more than one kit. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08C7K77PS?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_4&th=1 https://www.reddit.com/r/ResistanceBands/
