What does the inside look like? As in, what is it lined with? If it's regular lining, you can actually iron it (on a VERY low setting) and smooth it out. Remember to use a steam setting and let air dry. If, however, it is leather lined, you can condition the bag and use "leather rollers" and massage the leather on both sides against a flat surface. Do note, some conditioners may temporarily change the colour of your leather, especially untreated ones. Also, leather is a organic material, so these creases/wrinkles are expected on a used bag--or poorly stored one. Here's a link to leather rollers. I recommend buying all three sizes, as it's just handy to have for purses, in my experience. I regularly use all three sizes. https://www.amazon.com/Leather-Rolling-Creaser-Laminating-Craft%EF%BC%88Wood%EF%BC%89/dp/B0CHS669GF/ref=mp_s_a_1_4?dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.9W5hTJotW4Kb8323AncMCSDxR_xjq6pHAVnOd6WKb9Nf_15e9eNlhr9pgOOCpgVf3HPSAYmyBo49Hs5bKWrnEej7o5bZrsfd8RKdPhY1AjmtT21UxUjzS1P2w0jRsg4RFZoWGLhh9ogh2o5ul489myScgE-SzGP5siLBvToLV_enlrqjSkzSi_iFwDIhksDoThrZt_tEkNbYRiFic64jMQ.MbNXGhsc1r7m9E4LX1XZyPc6EnSR_hTfnC-pfrvoFg8&dib_tag=se&keywords=leather+roller&qid=1781032264&sr=8-4 Sorry this happened to you! I love buying pre-loved, but it is SO frustrating when sellers cheap out and ship in a plastic bag. It annoys me so much when the bag arrives damaged as such. If I were a seller, I'd make sure to package all leather goods in a box, appropriate stuffing, and store away all chains/straps properly so it doesn't scratch the hardware. Have you seen the inside of the mailing center? They throw stuff around and it sits on a huge pile. It's not their fault, as they favour efficiency, but a seller should be aware of this.
