Although they may not have anything that will fit your knee (but they might! 🤷🏼‍♀️) I believe the hip pads and tailbone pads are slipped into a pocket, so they are removable and you could build up more padding. 🤔 (You could try a "sports/football uniform" store). From thinking back when my son played ages ago, I don't remember them being particularly dense and squishy, but maybe you could double up? The only other thing that I know is SUPER SQUISHY are those expensive gel chair pads (not the foam/egg crate ones).
