Here's the center console organizer. I got this horn which needs this wiring adapter. You have to take off the front bumper to access the horns, which is not as hard as it sounds, but still inconvenient. I recommend having spare body clips on hand for the wheel well because those ones are hard to remove without breaking.

Good to know. I got this horn which needs this wiring adapter. It sounds like an Accord horn. It would have been cleaner to get an OEM Accord horn because it would have the same connector, but I think it's the newer Accord horns that are grounded different and will blow the fuse in the Civic, so if you go that route then know what you're doing.
