I have an American bulldog with short white hair that sticks to everything and is impossible to get out of car carpet so I have an extra long suv liner. It protects the seats, sides and even has a flap on the back for the bumper/trunk door. Works great! I usually put the seats down for him and hope that he stays out of the front seats, but I also have a cover for the center console in case he decides to jump the barrier which he usually only does once we park and start to get out. If I have the seats up, I use the same liner (it folds nicely, so it can adapt to the smaller cargo space) if he’s in the trunk but I held on to the hard bottom back seat liners like others have recommended from my last car if I want him in the backseat! Mine zips at all the corners to protect the doors and keep hair (and him) mostly contained!
