She was able to stand and walk around, but only after 8ish weeks crate rest. After her 8 week checkup, she was able to have the slightly extra space (your pup’s injury may have different timeline but tplo saws a bone and plates it in a different position, not so different in theory). Laundry room will probably work but your pup might feel isolated from you 😢. We had a crate in the living room and the bedroom. Totally recommend places like Facebook marketplace to buy used and save a few bucks! They always have used “like new” crates and puppy fencing. Or chewy. Best of luck to you! It’s hard but you’ll be glad that you followed vet instructions fully - the alternate is ugh! Oh and don’t forget a dog harness to help w weight distribution.
