Unfortunately, the pain is going to be there for the first couple of trays. Mine were the first 4! Your teeth have to get used to the new movement. I used this tool from Amazon to help remove them. Also used my chewies as well, it helped relieved the pain a little. Take some Tylenol! When you have to switch trays, change them at night! You can sleep through most of the pressure. Gargling with warm water helped also, hang in there! The pain is worth it! Trust me, I understand. There has been so many times I’ve avoided eating and or snacking, because I didn’t want to feel the pain of taking it out. Removal Tool
I finished my 9 month treatment and while it was awful at times it is worth it. Be sure to get the tool to help you remove them. Also if u can invest in the ultrasonic cleaner! Its a game changer!!
