So this is also known as a "Zero Delay PCB". It's not very good. It's intended for use with PC and custom arcade projects. I own one, and I wouldn't even buy it for PC, because it lacks features and has some weird quirks. You literally CANNOT use it with modern consoles because it lacks support for some of the modern buttons that exist on controllers. The only PCB that exists on the market that supports Xbox, PlayStation, and Switch at the same time without additional hardware is the Brook Gen 5X board, and it's certainly not a budget board. The only other option is buying something like a GP2040CE, plus an adapter for the Xbox. If you want to throw in PS5 compatibility, you'll need a second adapter for that as well, at which point buying the Brook 5X is cheaper. Also, you don't need to worry about soldering, as Brook makes a wiring kit that's just plugging stuff into the board and your parts.
