Ok I'm not fully sure then but you might have "Cerebral Folate Deficiency". This is a condition where you have enough folate in your blood but not in your brain. This can lead to lower production of neurotransmitters in your brain and other issues that come with it. You can test this with a lumbar puncture or a "FRAT test". The severity of this condition also depends on the patient. So for you the severity might not be as high as for some other, severe cases. Currently clinical data for this condition mostly only exists for infants and kids, but the same treatment also works for adults (one big example being myself :)) Here you have some resources that you can check out: https://tacanow.org/family-resources/leucovorin-for-autism/ https://www.amazon.com/Folate-Fix-Exploring-Neurodevelopmental-Disorders/dp/B0F2RQ9V9W https://youtu.be/RCUss_uW5SM https://youtu.be/kgBBTQlpyAM
