The only thing I have in the kit from TWDU RPG starter set is the threat level tracker disc, but I included the link to that as well. Everything else is generic index cards/mini notebooks from the dollar store. I made the double-sided laminated cards by lining up pages in a free program called Inkscape and printed/cut them out. And I used a $25 laminator with 5 mil laminate sheets. I originally used 3 mil and it wasn't bad, but very bendy. The 5 mil feels much more durable. I then used a corner cutter tool to give every card uniform rounded corners.
