Yes, you can get wrist to pit arm sleeves. Here are a couple watch-outs. Sometimes they're not sold as a pair. Careful you're not buying only one.Leg compression feels good. Arm compression is annoying. So don't over-spend on your first pair. Also I'm unclear whether arm compression truly relieves swelling/moves lymph. Gravity does a lot of that work. So I question whether the annoying feeling is worth it. I have these. They're ok. I need them to cover my wrists and they're long enough. You also want to be sure they don't cut you off at the armpit and are too tight up top, as the lymph needs to drain in the armpit area.
