I would consider Ulip tubless tires. I swapped out my stock tires tubless tires (Yongjili) that had less than 100 miles after attempting to re-seat the bead and balancing the tires failed to get rid of sub-15mph vibrations. The rear tire was also noticeably wobbling side to side. My tires are 11" and I went with 100/55-6.5 PMT look-alikes made by Ulip for $48/pair instead of the stock dimensions of 90/65-6.5. I swapped out the tires this weekend and the scooter tires are now running as smooth as buttah!
