The ram is ddr5 sodimm cl46 16g single stick, ram die is from sk hynix, both nvme ssd and ram are manufactured by DTstore (China). Downside of this mini PC: it only comes with vesa mount, power adapter and mini PC itself, no HDMI/DP cable included, no RJ45 cable, no oculink/usb4, has a type c port but I didn't test it if capable as DP alterative, the only game I did test is diablo 2 resurrected (with warlock dlc) ,no problem with 1080p low settings, cpu temperature is about 66-76c.
