My wife did something similar at the start of a 3 week european journey. Firstly rest is fine, but if it is a sprain then you need to firmly strap it with a compression bandage. May also need a set of forearm crutches for a week if unable to get a moonboot. If it is broken then above does not apply and you medical help.
