As with others, I recommend the Creality Space Pi X4 (or the Sovol SH03) because you can dry 4 spools at once, or a pair at a time, and this setup works well for TPU printing in mine. You can order "cereal bins" (like these) for ~US$5 each, and then store your dry filament in those when not in use. You definitely want the official top for anything past PETG.

I kinda feel like any bag is going to have the same issues eventually. I personally moved to plastic cereal bins a while ago and have no issues. I bought a set a of these (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C1N9C3T7) a couple months ago. There are several different spool holders that are made to fit in them (I made some that would also fit a hygrometer). They have a round lid in the top that I took off and printed a simple puck that fit in it with a threaded hole for a bowden connector. Then put about 8 inches of ptfe tube out the top and thread the filament through that. Then just put like a half a cup of silica desiccant in the bottom. I only have a single color printer and can just move the spool over, feed it into the printer and continue on without opening the box. They stay sealed enough to not let a massive amount of humidity in and any desiccant lasts a while and is renewable in a couple minutes. They come out to a couple bucks each, but will probably last forever.
