I do think you should tell her if you don’t want her microwaving plastic bottles - microwaving bottles doesn’t heat them evenly and could burn baby AND obviously microwaving plastics in general isn’t great. You can tell her you have a bottle heater you would prefer she use. As for the scooping issue, if you feel like it’s nitpicky you could prepare bottles for her so you know they’re mixed to your liking. We had to fortify breastmilk for our first and would just mix up a big batch in a pitcher like this every morning. We’ve had our nanny for 3 years and there are things I’ve given feedback on obviously, but there are a few things I’m particular enough to always do myself (organizing kids’ dresser drawers, washing straw cups).
I recently was searching for a way I could help my kids be more independent with breakfast so I could get some extra time to sleep in and I got those smaller milk pitchers and I fill them up the night before . I also got a cereal dispenser like the hotels have ! milk jug pitchers
