Oatey Toilet Flange Extender Kit 1/4- 1 5/8 in,Red and Yellow

Not sure why when I cross posted I didn't notice that left out the context Original post: Toilet flange is sitting 5/8" below the tile. The bolts are rusted and one broke off while trying to remove it. My options for fixing seem to be the Otay flange extender and a normal way ring https://a.co/d/0e6og5MG Or fix the bolt slot with a stainless steel ring https://a.co/d/06uTwbXC And then use the Danco install kit that allows for below floor flange height https://a.co/d/03wpOAWp Which is the best way to go, or other options?
