I got the FOGATTI InstaShower 8 Plus in 2022 and I've been using it daily ever since. I'm happy with it. Installation wasn't too difficult, but because the gas inlet was in a different location relative to the old one I ended up with excess copper propane tubing that I had to cut and flare. It's an easy job if you've got the tools, and probably an extra $20 or $30 at Harbor Freight if you don't have the tools already. Check for leaks after installation, of course. The only complaint I have about it is that the temperature takes a bit to stabilize - it goes through a few hot/cold oscillations over maybe 20-30 seconds before it settles down. If you're boondocking this means that you'll waste a little more water than you would otherwise, and if you shut off the water at the shower head while you're lathering up, it'll do the oscillation again when you restart the flow. If you're primarily using it with hookups, it's great. I can have basically unlimited length showers, and it uses about 1/3 of the propane my tank type heater used. I probably go about 3 months on one 30-pound propane cylinder running just the water heater and taking 10-minute showers every morning. Oh, and I found that rather than trying to adjust the temperature in the shower, it's easiest to just set the water temperature control on the heater to your preferred shower temperature and then just run the shower on full hot.
