My therapist and I are going through this workbook together! The Adult ADHD and Anxiety workbook It’s been super helpful so far with thinking about specific parts of executive functioning that I struggle with… it’s a slow process but it’s CBT so it’s a lot of questioning the thoughts that pop into your head. Like “why do I feel like I’m gonna die if I try to start this task right now?”
