Notice the leaf tips curling down? That is sign of being root bound, i.e. not enough soil. Next time fill up pots to near the top and add air holes for root pruning in sides of containers. It’s definitely more of an estimate than anything. From what I remember the paper acts as a diffuser I swapped over to using this meter to measure light, it’s about 50$ but seems more consistent than the app The people who made the app also sell a little clip on thing that acts as a diffuser but I think it was kinda expensive for just a clip
