Ya, late 20’s would be unlikely that it’s hormone related in the typical sense that older women who are perimenopause or after go through but there are things that can cause it earlier. I compared it to strontium in foods. There are small amounts in most foods grown in the ground simply due to it being in water and soil. So I was ok with it in the calcium. Good luck with everything.
