You and I are in the same little bitty boat on the same search for undies 😃 I have very minimal hangy skin on my tummy and virtually no ass, but enough that I still need to keep it contained and flat against me. REEBOK briefs from Walmart are the most comfy things ever. They wash well and keep everything so smooth and lovely plus the waist band is wide enough to keep that little hangy area near your belly button covered and secure all day.
