I think prices have more like tripled in the last 6 months. I bought this for 299.99 at Microcenter 6 months ago - https://www.newegg.com/g-skill-trident-z5-neo-rgb-series-64gb-ddr5-6000-cas-latency-cl30-desktop-memory-black/p/N82E16820374445 1,182.00 at newegg now. 949.00 at Microcenter, but it's been out of stock for quite a while.
