If you don't mind a little DIY, a shell replacement isn't that tricky of a project. I did this transparent green shell with my launch carbon black controller, though I opted for matte black face buttons instead. Weirdly can't find the buttons I ordered though, not finding them in my Amazon history. Maybe I got them from another site. But there are lots of options online.
