Trust me - buy this exact one, I chose Used and it was still in the plastic. Test it out, experiment with the dial and find the sweet spot where it holds at 100c. Mine does not vary much at all. It has a timer bypass feature for long sessions. https://a.co/d/09Z3ghGS
