DOM is "drawn over mandrel" and is the process of forming precise cylindrical steel. We get ours from our local steel yard called Triple S, in some places they're called Intsel, they're nationwide. Here's a link to some stainless steel of suitable dimensions on Amazon for about $10. uxcell Stainless Steel Tube https://a.co/d/1IIirC1 If you find the OD to need to be reduced to fit inside the bolt, chuck the metal tube into a power drill and pull the trigger while holding 200 grit sand paper to ot until it slides. One thing also, you will need to somehow cut the recess for the plastic washer on one side. We cut mine on a lathe which most people won't have, but the power drill and a file should allow you to accomplish the same thing as well. Here's my DOM next to my original cast lead piece
