This matte black neoprene. I bought a couple yards of it, laid out a fresh roll of the reflectix from Home Depot, sprayed the whole thing with car headliner glue, then put the neoprene fabric on top of it and used a big piece of cardboard to smoosh the fabric down evenly on the glue. When it was dry, I traced the old window covers and cut them out. It works really well! They can be folded or rolled.
