Other things meaning, playing casual games, customization, installing Linux, tinkering, essentially making the device yours. By the way, this MSI Bravo 15? https://www.amazon.com/MSI-Bravo-144Hz-Gaming-Laptop/dp/B0DQ2MLT6R Dude, you can just use it in your classes fine you don't really need something new, although that laptop probably doesn't have good battery life and runs like a jet. My honest opinion, get a cheap apple device just for classes if you really want to (for the battery life and build quality) and or if it is at a discount (M4 for example) and try to keep yours in good condition (cleaned, new paste, tight hinge screws) because it can and will last you a long time specially with linux. This way you can get a Windows/Linux device and a MacOS device and change based on current need.
