Is this just for the day to day shoes you wear, or for storage of ALL shoes? I’d try to keep shoes worn less often/seasonal on a rack/in boxes in a bedroom closet or under a bed/couch. Only daily-“wearers” stowed here. Keep the entry un-cluttered, it’s pretty tight as is for dishes/cooking. If you must do a larger rack here, the only feasible spot is behind the entry against the hvac panel. Just make sure it’s one that’s open to allow vent airflow. There’s also something like these wooden holders, for the walls. You could also add a long shelf above the door and keep shoes in baskets, but could be tough to reach if you’re short 🤗 Tall shoe rack example
