So I think I have a meaningful update here because I was also deciding between the Arc and the Arc XL. What ended up being the Arc was because of my small apartment space and wanting to move the oven every now and then in a shared backyard in an apartment building. I'm super glad that I picked the Arc. I really love the size; it's perfect for medium-sized pizzas, and if I were to get an XL, at that point, I might as well just get the Dome, which I believe at some point will be in the next 3 to 5 years of my life. So I feel really confident about it. One thing to say is that I love that the aftermarket accessories are easy to purchase on Amazon for this item, and portability was mainly my issue because the XL was a bit unwieldy to carry, and I'm a pretty big, tall guy. So getting the Arc made sense from a mobile perspective. Also, I've been able to fit quarter sheet pans and also bake other things and not have to use so much gas, especially with the door. https://a.co/d/0fmY4nDX Also worth noting, I use a leaf blower to air blast stuff out before and after each cook and its amazing!
