not every solution works for every cat, but after trying literally everything this is what worked for us: • DIY Fillable Veggie Pill Caps - Size 4 • Weruva Wx Phos Focused Lickable Treats - Variety Pack These Weruva treats are like Churu but way way way better for CKD cats because they're as low in phosphorus as possible So every morning when it's time for Cerenia, I take one half of the tablet, put it in the longer half of the capsule & then trim it down as small as I can get it before putting it back together After that it's just a matter of figuring out which Weruva treat flavor they like the best, then squeeze a little dollop on top & let em gulp the whole thing down at once—that's what works for us anyway, for other cats it might require piling it on the plate a little more and slipping the capsule into the pile (although you only wanna do it right before offering it to the cat, as once the capsule gets wet it'll start to break down & disintegrate after a few minutes, letting the bitter pill flavor to leak out) I've found it helps to have a little paper plate with the waxy waterproof surface or whatever it is, so it's harder for the pill & the liquid treat to get stuck to the plate
