Get an immersion water heater to kick up the temp or to make it easier on the installed heater. They are cheap and just make sure to take it out when you are ready to get in. I just cut a v in my bubble cover so I can kind of suspend it while I leave it to heat up. I can easily get my spa up to 106 using the one I have.
